It's very possible a client of our office may be interested in your home. When this occurs we would be working directly with you, the homeowner. We'll assist you with the process and make sure you have the necessary documents to fill out. There are several benefits to you with this arrangement-
- Any buyer we bring you will be pre-qualified by a lender
- No strangers knocking on your door because they saw a sign in the yard
- No last minute requests for showings at inconvenient times
- Having your home "show ready" at all times will be unecessary (see above)
- Your paid commission would be roughly half that if your home was listed
